How to
Order Online

- Add your items to the
shopping cart as you browse through the online store by entering the quantity
desired of each item, then pressing the
'Add to Cart'
button under each item.

After the item has been added to your cart, the store will take you to view
your cart. The
page will display the item information of the item you just added. You
may also click 'View Cart' from any page to return to your cart at any
time.

From the shopping cart page you can click the 'Continue Shopping' button to return
the the product pages and browse for more items:
or you may click on the 'Change Quantity' button or 'Delete Items' button to
edit your shopping cart:
or you may click on the 'Checkout' button
to finish purchasing your items. The Checkout process is secure.
- The secure Checkout form will walk you through the rest of the
process. Simply confirm your items to be purchased, fill out your
personal and payment information, and submit your order. The total
amount charged to your account will be included in a confirmation e-mail
you will receive. In-stock items normally ship within 48 hours.
- Please note: it is highly recommended that you use the navigation provided to
move within the store website. Using your browser's 'Back' button may
loose your shopping cart ID (and the items already placed within your
cart). If this happens, simply re-add the missing items to your cart.
You will only receive the items listed in the Checkout page.
- Please note: JavaScript must be enabled on your browser for the
website to function properly.

Ordering Options
You may also purchase items by calling, faxing, or mailing your order.
- To call, fax, or mail your order, go through the online ordering
process as described above. Go to the
Checkout page and fill out the form. However, instead of pressing the 'Submit Order' button:
- Call 800-564-6322 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Central Time. The membership representative will need the information on the
checkout page to process your order.
- Fax your order by
printing the filled out Checkout page and fax it to 920-426-6761.
- Mail your order by printing the filled out Checkout page
and mail it to:
